Free Shipping - orders over $150. These orders are typically processed and shipped 2-4 days after ordering.
Orders that are not over $100 will still be processed within 2-4 days.
A: Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, your order will be processed within 24-72 hours. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with the tracking number.
A: YES! You must select STOREFRONT PICKUP! If storefront pickup is not selected your order will be shipped. No exceptions!
A: All items are currently FINAL SALE. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: The Bougie Closet uses the address customer provides at checkout. Please confirm the address is correct. If you are located at an apartment please check your leasing office. If they do not have your package contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 and provide your tracking number given by The Bougie Closet in your confirmation email.
A: After completing your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. A: Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will kindly provide further instructions so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after trying on, wearing, or washing the item.
REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY
Returns are only accepted IF items are received defective (rips, torn, stained, or holes) or if wrong item is received.
If an item is defective when received, customer may exchange for same item or something of equal value. Pictures of the damage may be requested.
***All damages must be claimed within 2 days of receiving merchandise.
If the wrong item is received please reach out to us immediately. Customer will have 48hrs from the time item is received to report the business’s mistake. If the item is no longer in stock a store credit will be issued and a return label will be sent via email.
